    Job Purpose
    Associates will perform all the assigned responsibilities related to operating injection molding equipment. 

    Hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:30PM - 6:30AM

    Job Duties

    • Run injection molding machines: trouble shoot simple alarms and restart
    • Keep machines running by refilling and mixing materials according to work order
    • Perform color changes according to work order
    • Box and label parts quickly and accurately
    • Continually watch for defects and alert trouble-shooters
    • Work with grinders, loaders, dryers, color blending, scales, and injection molding equipment
    • Keep track of production and use calculator to do simple math
    • Fill out paperwork and work orders with 100% accuracy
    • Performs other duties as assigned by management


    Education and Experience

    • Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3-6 months previous manufacturing experience preferred


     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and able to prioritize
    • Must be able to work on their own or as part of a team
    • Mechanical aptitude a plus
    • Must be able to read a caliper or be willing to learn how to read a caliper
    • Must work all required overtime, overlapping shifts or Saturdays
    • Must be safety and quality conscious
    • Must have strong communication skills
    • Must know basic math and how to use a calculator accurately
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment


     Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally 
    • Must be able to sit or stand for an eight hour shift
    • Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend and work overhead
    • Must wear all required PPE
