    Product Management Internship


    The Product Management Intern position is intended to assist the Product Management team with product line support while providing the student with valuable work experience related to their chosen field of product development and marketing.  You will gain experience with gathering and analyzing competitive data, preparation of sales and marketing presentation tools, pricing analysis and general marketing and office environment experience.



    Project Work Includes:


    *Competitive benchmarking analysis of product

    *Competitive pricing analysis

    *SKU sales analysis

    *Automation of sales reporting and digital SKU image management

    *Key Performance Indicator analysis – sales and margin, quality, service, inventory

    *Assembling product assortment boards – for internal analysis and customer presentations

    *Vendor sample cataloging

    *Assist with color and design trend boards

    *General Product Line Support – Customer Bulletins, Product Change Requests, Mailings



    Skills and Requirements:

    *Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

    *Knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Excel. Pivot table experience preferred

    *Basic analytical, critical thinking, and research skills learned from either course work or past-experience

    *Excellent organization skills

    *Strong collaborative communication skills (both written and verbal)

    *Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
