Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Product Management Intern for our fast-growing Commercial Business Unit. This position is intended to assist the team in a variety of areas with meaningful and challenging projects.
We are seeking students at junior level or higher on a path to obtain their degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing from an accredited college.

*Make recommendations for SKU rationalization.
*Perform above projects across multiple categories: textiles, extrusions, motors, controls
*Products, product offering, services and support
*Pricing and quote analysis
Collaborate with all Departments (marketing and sales) to Assist with Successfully Launching New Products
*Product demonstration and training materials – internal and external
*Digital tools – calculators, YouTube videos, photo shoots
Product Benchmarking and Testing
*Source product and document purchase process
*Comparison of product specs
*Performance and application comparisons
Collect and Analyze Feedback on Competition /Products
*Sales team and other internal customer-facing resources
*Dealers and other channel partners
*Motors and controls
*Products and services – detailed comparisons and analysis
*Pricing, quoting, discounting, promotions, multipliers, rebates
Data gathering and summarizing results
Job Skills and Knowledge:
*Must be organized, methodical, quality minded, detail oriented, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Must be flexible with job assignments, able to work independently and well with others (team environment).
*Must communicate well and properly document results of data, research, analysis, competitive products, and presentations
*Must manage multiple small or limited scope projects.
*Position takes direction from Lead or Senior Product Manager, Director of Marketing, and/or VP Product Development and Engineering
*Experience with Excel
*Experience and knowledge of typical data collection and analysis
*Presentation development in PowerPoint
*Short memo and report writing.
*Strong general math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages, fractions, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry)
*Good interpersonal skills
*Good analytical and problem solving skills
