Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Sales/Marketing team! The Retail National Accounts Marketing Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the Retail Sales and Marketing team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study.
The ideal candidate should be at the junior level or higher on track to obtain a degree in business management, marketing or communications from an accredited college. The ideal candidate's general coursework should include business, marketing or economics related classes.
The primary role of this Internship is to help manage the coordination of account program executions, initiatives, projects and process activities to meet sales and marketing objectives for multiple Retail and Internet accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing the coordination of projects as well as assigning work and prioritizing projects across the team. The intern will be expected to work across the organization and implement projects through Middleton and/or retail field sales.
Typical Job Duties:
New Product Launches: Summer 2019: Provide support across all accounts with IMRs, tracking, shipments, updates etc. for key Cellular launch, and assist in post mortem analysis after launch.
Communication to the field: Develop and enhance communication and newsletters to Field. Create monthly focused and structured content relevant to seasonality, promotions and competitive threats.
Order Analysis: Analyze order issues CS has across all accounts. Provide analysis, feedback and potential fix.
Inventory Analysis: Monitor methodology and continue to refine system with CS to track materials sent to Field Sales with limited monthly replenishment quantities. Work to find a system that satisfies both teams.
