    Springs Window Fashions is recruiting for an exciting, entry-level role for a recent graduate in Human Resources or Business with an interest in Recruiting and other areas within Human Resources.


    This role will have a wide range of responsibilities from posting of job descriptions to evaluating resumes and screening candidates as well as system-related work including requisition maintenance and onboarding new employees. 

    This role will both support the recruiting function and be a valuable part of it. 


    Specific Responsibilities Include:


    Corporate Talent Acquisition:


    *Post new requisitions
    *Conduct phone interviews
    *Create interview summaries and recommendations for hiring managers based on phone screens
    *Participate in intake meetings with recruiting staff and hiring managers.
    *Liaise with third party search firms to facilitate hiring process and gain exposure to external search process
    *Schedule interviews & hiring manager phone screens
    *Participate in Job Fairs, Intern & Campus Recruiting Initiatives
    *Update interview appointments with assessment docs
    *Schedule interview debriefs
    *Initiate assessments and reference checks
    *Process candidates in iCIMS Applicant Tracking System post verbal offer including onboarding steps
    *Print and distribute new hire paperwork
    *Setup online folder in Recruitment folder with applicable paperwork
    *Create and update weekly recruiting update spreadsheet
    *Send new hire emails to hiring managers with onboarding information for the manager
    *New hire check-ins 30-60 days after hire (Middleton Office and Sales positions)


    Manufacturing Staffing Responsibilities:


    Manage all candidate processing associated with factory staffing (temp, temp to hire, and direct hire) full cycle, from requisition creation to onboarding.  This is almost exclusively iCIMS and other system work.  No specialized skill set required

        - Weekly open req reporting (report to MSLT, bowler metrics, agencies)
        - Monthly staffing metrics
    Temp to Hire eligibility tracking

    Manage agency partner relationships




    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma or above

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business strongly preferred

    Excellent computer skills, attention to detail, strong  communication and multi-tasking skills

    Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred
