This position will work closely with the National Installation and Training Manager to prospect, hire, and train Window Treatment Specialists for the Springs Window Fashion's Shop at Home programs. The primary focus will be to support and train all work activities to assure a high quality network of Window Treatment Specialists. This position will define and manage reporting systems to help monitor Window Treatment Specialist work activity and performance. Provide planning and organizational assistance for Window Treatment Specialist forums for sharing best practices and information to improve Selling, Design, Project Management and Installation skills and education around our product. Work closely with Customer Service and Account Teams to help monitor performance against goals and make adjustments. It serves as the key training resources for all customers, dealers, franchises on technical product and selling training.
Develop, present and maintain training programs for processes, procedures and products to be utilized by Window Treatment Specialists, Dealers and Franchises. Training examples include:, proper documentation of the product contract; installation service agreement; consumer approval letter; the service and warranty work order, Level 1, 2, 3 Product and Sales training in Shutters, Soft, Motorization and Core Products. Set expectations and enable Shop at Home key practices including:
-Designing and Selling window coverings
-Retail partnerships with Field Sales Reps to own relationships with all key store personnel
-Communication and Customer Service skills
-Installation, Service and Sign-off
Travel will be required 10% to 30% of the time to train, meet with customers, Window Treatment Specialists and Field Sales Reps, to evaluate program requirements. Establish and maintain the Window Treatment Specialist, Turn Key and Referral networks by prospecting and hiring qualified installers and dealers under the direction of the National Installation and Training Manager. Work to network and leverage the WTS's, Turn Key and Referral programs across all channels of Springs Window Fashions. Work with Designer Sales to both refer our services and take referrals for Dealers who are looking to provide service for us. Partner with the Sales teams to help train WTS's on Selling and Design skills where needed. Work closely with National Installation and Training Manager, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales to ensure that all Shop at Home requests are coordinated accurately between the customer/consumer and Window Treatment Specialists with on-time completion. Assist the Customer Service team in developing and monitoring management reports that qualify and quantify the activities and productivity of the Window Treatment Specialists. This includes consultation/measure details, installation schedules, inbound/outbound telephone activity monitoring, maintaining a resource database, development of installer parts kits and consumer worksheets.
Education and Experience
Minimum Education Required: Associate Degree
Minimum Job-Related Experience Required:4-7 Years
Regional Training and Installation Manager will work out of the Springs Window Fashions corporate office with frequent travel. Location is ideally near a major metropolitan area in Texas or Louisiana.

-Possesses a basic knowledge of installer negotiations as they relate to establishing and maintaining installer relationships.
-Technical skills as they relate to product installation and a mechanical aptitude.
-Significant shutter and drapery installation experience mandatory.
-Proven project management skills.
-Proficient with personal computer, and software products such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
-Ability to travel frequently on commercial transportation.
-Good telephone and voicemail management skills.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Must be capable of operating small office equipment.
