    Job Purpose 

    Develop strategic plan for digital marketing activities including website, app’s, dealer portal, online quoting, SEO, email, social media, digital assets and display advertising


    Job Duties

    * Manage all digital based marketing programs including websites, apps, portals, social media, digital assets, online training and email marketing

    * Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

    * Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

    * Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    * Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    * Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

    * Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

    * Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate



    Education and Experience

    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required

    * Minimum 3-5 years of related experience required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    * Proficient in Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator

    * Proficient in Maya or other 3D illustrator

    * CMS experience, HTML, Mail Chimp, SEO experience, Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, Social Marketing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) understanding

    * CRM experience preferred
