Description

Job Purpose 

Develop creative strategy and product with consistent brand voice and design.  Develop production approach and assets across multichannel medium.

 

Job Duties 

  • Direct a team of designers, photographers and print project managers (sometimes without direct reporting structure) to align brand strategy
  • Provide inspiration on a visual level; refine designs; lend a critical eye to all creative, structural and technical output
  • Develop and enhance brand, channel and product sampling, literature, collateral and marketing material
  • Oversee creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives and advance our brand strategy
  • Maintain department priorities and thrive in deadline-driven environment
  • Determine appropriate and most effective medium(s) to meet the target customer(s) to deliver the highest ROI on marketing campaigns

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 3-5 years of related work experience required 

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Proficient in Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator 
  • Proficient in Maya or other 3D illustrator 
  • Experience with photography and videography
  • Experience with CMS, HTML, Mail Chimp, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, social marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) preferred
