JOB PURPOSE:

A flexible resource that provides support to Q@S process teams. Represents the voice of the customer to Q@S teams. Provide inspection, audits, problem solving, data mining and teaming skills to an assigned department or the facility. Provide reports, data in charts as required.

                                                                                                                                                                                                       

JOB DUTIES:

Effective written and verbal communication skills.  Proficient at basic math and the fundamentals of measurement.  Must possess the ability to work well with others and function in a team environment.  Experience with Microsoft Office products (including MS-Word, Power Point, and Excel).  Must be able to plan and direct one’s own work with general direction from supervision. Requires flexibility between departments such as warehouse, manufacturing etc

 

Desired Skills: Ability to coordinate the work activities of others.  Knowledge of quality principles and Total Quality Management concepts.  Experience in problem solving techniques.  Experience with measuring equipment (i.e. calipers)

                                                                                                                                                                                                        

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong computer skills.  Able to prioritize and manage time wisely.  Experience in demonstrating the use of proper work methods, and the desire to achieve Best Practice. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.  Work flexible hours to cover multiple shifts and departments.
