Assists in the Coordination of account program executions, initiatives, projects and process activities to meet sales and marketing objectives for retail customers. Using our established processes, coordinate account program executions, including product introductions and changes, program updates and product line expansions.
Specific responsibilities include:
Sales: Will drive execution of rollouts at retail accounts. Execution of account programs and projects has a direct impact on current and future account sales. Successful execution is essential to meeting sales objectives and customer requirements. In addition, training and account-specific initiatives directly impact sales growth.
Information: Regular access to confidential cost, pricing and marketing and sales information. Improper communication of such information could have an adverse effect on Springs. Will need to know what information is needed, how to gather store information, compile reports to support project initiatives.
Autonomy: Will be managing and executing against project plans. Direction will be limited to milestones and mentoring.
Internal/External Interaction: Frequent contact and communication with Director of Sales, National Account Managers, VP of Retail Sales, Product Managers, Merchandising Manager, and Displays. Less frequent contact with other Springs departments.
