Cycle Count
Job Purpose: Reports directly to the Cycle Count Lead. To assist or perform physical counting of inventory in facility. Research and reconcile all variances found on cycle counts, maintain/ensure accuracy of inventory levels, supply feedback to departments.
$18.25/per hour
1st shift: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Verify, research and reconcile daily cycle counts using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks.
- Interact closely with other departments to solve problems.
- Pull daily print out from Warehouse Management System using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks and provide completed reports to Cycle Count lead at the end of every shift.
- Must include math work.
- Pull and perform row report counts from WMS using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks.
- Each row must be counted two times per year.
- Ensure daily harness and powered industrial truck inspections are completed before operating the machinery.
- Make sure boxes have correct inventory labels and reprint tickets / location labels as needed using the Vision system or RF scan gun.
- Identify items that need consolidation and report it to the Cycle Count Lead.
- Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Report all safety issues to the Supervisor.
- Participate in plant continuous improvement and safety activities.
