Springs Window Fashions is currently hiring for a Global Commodity Manager to manage the procurement of a variety of essential commodities, working closely with internal customers on requirements and taking a strategic, quality and cost-focused approach to the procurement needs of the organization.

Position Mission
The Global Commodity Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commodity strategies for direct materials supporting Springs Window Fashions operations, including metals, finishes, stampings, and fasteners, representing an annual spend exceeding $100M. Reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing, this role ensures a competitive, resilient, and high-performing supply base aligned to business objectives.
This position partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality to translate business requirements into sourcing strategies that drive cost competitiveness, innovation, and supply continuity. The role leads price negotiations, value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives, supplier selection, and continuous improvement efforts to deliver sustainable cost reductions.
The Global Commodity Manager also drives Supplier Relationship Management for strategic suppliers, leading regular business reviews, monitoring supplier performance, capacity, and risk, and proactively mitigating supply chain disruptions to ensure operational continuity and long-term value creation.
