Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Operating Systems team. This role offers hands-on experience in optimizing and supporting the systems and processes that drive operational efficiency across the organization. The intern will assist in analyzing workflows, documenting procedures, and supporting system implementations and upgrades. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, and have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

 

 

Job Duties:

Operation site & Documentation Governance

  • Continue building the SBOS enterprise site as the Process Center of Excellence
  • Establish a central, searchable repository with version control and metadata standards
  • Define governance for document lifecycle, access control, and ownership
  • Benchmark and apply best practices from best in class repositories
  • Support rollout and training for standardized document management

Quality Systems - Standardized Process Templates

  • Collaborate with the quality team to define standardized process and template structures
  • Review current documentation and identy gaps or inconsistencies
  • Develop a controlled library for process, producure and WI templates
  • Align naming conventions and approval workflows to SBOS governance
  • Pilot templates in selected plants and collect user feedback

SBOS Playbook for Manufacturing Systems

    • Build the SBOS Playbook covering the six pilot manufacturing systems
    • Consolidate best practices, visual standards, and lessons learned
    • Integrate system interconnections and links to templates and KPIs
    • Ensure alignment with the SBOS House, PDCA cycles, and standard work
    • Prepare the playbook for future replication across additional sites
