Position Summary

 

The primary function of this position is to assist in the development, consolidation, tracking and reporting of the operating forecasts and budgets. Interaction with the business units and other functional departments/internal customers is an essential component of this role.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with internal customers on proformas, promotion analysis, projects, and other ad hoc analytics required
  • Identify trends in performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Serve has a change agent in process design/implementation
  • Provide necessary back up to Supervisors and/or Managers within the finance department
  • Become proficient in Financial Systems and serve as a resident expert
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of capital projects aimed at improving financial performance

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred, but not required
