Internship Overview   

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Sales Operations Team! The Sales Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

 

Internship Projects and Responsibilities   

 

  • Masterfile/FSOR Administration
    • Assist with Masterfile updates to ensure project schedules, milestones, and timelines remain current
    • Support Project Managers with dealer follow-ups, ensuring open items are addressed and recorded
    • Help track project changes, status updates, and escalation points in alignment with Project Management processes
    • Maintain data integrity across project systems and ensure consistency in reporting
    • Provide administrative support for project closeouts, documentation, and handoffs
  • Smartsheet/Process Integrations
    • Assist with the design and rollout of Smartsheet tools, including the CAD Queue, Automation Tracker, and Credit Log migration
    • Support integrations of Tech Support Ticketing and project tracking into Smartsheet for improved visibility and communication
    • Document and streamline workflows such as Internal Kickoff, Closeout, and TS Notification processes
    • Contribute to process alignment efforts, including Warranty/Remake guidelines and FSOR to MF transitions
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, CAD, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Smartsheet-based solutions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred
  • Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
  • Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office 
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
