Effectively coordinates and/or monitors the measure, installation and order completion schedules for the National Installation Network Programs. Responsible for ensuring the Best Experience philosophy by establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with customers, FSSR's and installers by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks that threaten project deadlines. Schedules and communicates measure and installation appointments Monitors appointment activity and communicates delays to internal and external customers Works cross-functionally to identify and remove roadblocks that threaten project deadlines Responds to general customer concerns such as product questions, order tracking, order expediting, missing parts, quality issues, measure and install dates, etc. Supports customer training needs related to SWF process and/or order management systems. Responds to installer inquiries related to service payments. �Develop, maintain and/or monitor reports related to building status, appointment dates, assigned installer, product install worksheet, certificate of completion communications, etc. �Communicates potential or unresolved issues that threaten the overall success of the National Installation Network Programs. Analyze feedback, recommend possible solutions and assist in resolution efforts. Provide National Installer performance feed back to the Installation Network Managers. �Monitors and provides recommendations into the development of the installer web site and/or identifies installer training needs. �Proofs Installer Forms, Bulletins and Handbooks Sales Integration/Teaming Initiatives �Participate in monthly regional conference calls to discuss customer service and field sales integration opportunities �Travel with Installers and Sales Representatives Keep abreast of customer needs and identify process improvement and grow revenue opportunities. Understand field sales representative challenges and identify integration and grow revenue opportunities �Other duties as assigned.
