Job Duties:

  • Prepares and posts the daily and weekly production reports
  • Performs status checks
  • Assist’s with the planning and scheduling of work orders
  • Sorts, counts, and distributes work orders
  • Process and reviews SR’s and emails
  • Researches both customer service and production inquiries regarding individual work orders
  • Maintains the quarantined inventory of work orders on hold
  • Tracks and charts key performance metrics
  • Retrieves left over COM upon customer’s request
  • All other duties as assigned

 

The annual base/hourly wage for this position is reasonably expected to be $17.00 an hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus as well of up to 5%.

Requirements

Desired skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including, but not limited to, knowledge of Word, Excel, and the internet
