Candidates should possess good oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, computer literacy, innovative thinking, and good analytical and planning skills.
- Must have the ability to Coach, Mentor, and Train direct reports.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience recommended.
- Conducting classroom, and virtual training to associates, providing input on training materials in order to meet specific needs; monitoring new hires, and several other tasks as required by management.
- Ensuring that we are equipped with a workforce that can optimize its current and future goals, objectives and deliver quality services that can meet consumers’ requirements or needs.
- Developing new skills in employees, maximizing employee retention, and assessing or measuring the results of training.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; (written, oral, listening, approachable).
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, good decision making and judgment.
- Ability to multi-task - organizes and prioritizes appropriately, and capable of dealing with ambiguity.
- Willing to learn a variety of Business units (Retail, Designer Sales, Specialty areas).
- Basic product knowledge.
- Proficient navigation and understanding of current computer applications, i.e., systems, order management and data bases.
- Work a flexible schedule to include evenings up until 8 p.m.
