Job Summary:

• Inspect COM fabric for flaws(must be able to lift 50 lb. fabric bolts)
• Take photos of flawed material and upload to Pic attachments
• Determine if flaws can be worked around
• Data entry(edit orders, release orders, and add notes)
• Interact with dealers, special accounts and suppliers regarding COM fabric issues
• Assist production and customer service with COM and DM requests
• Must be able to explain the flaws while offering possible solutions/alternatives to our customers
• Must be willing to cross train within dept.

The annual base/hourly wage for this position is reasonably expected to be $17.00 an hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus as well of up to 5%.

Desired skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written, oral communication skills
• Basic Math and computer skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of fabrics a plus
• Customer Service experience preferred
