Job Summary
Manage regional shop at home and installed services organization, programs and sales objectives. Recruit, hire, train, assess, and develop SWF network of Design Consultant associates and Window Treatment Specialist contractor agencies to manage leads and deliver key results of our Shop at Home programs.
Job Duties
Drive Shop at Home sales for accountable regions
Manage performance of Design Consultants and WTS Contractor Agencies including goal and objective setting, performance review and corrective actions
Establish and enhance customer relationships
Communication and Planning
Travel Percentage (%): 40%
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base for this position is reasonably expected to be between $80,000-100,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of eligible wages in accordance with the terms of the company's incentive compensation program associated with this role.
