Provide leadership, support, participation, and facilitation to the organization’s performance-excellence / process improvement efforts using quality management principles. Provide leadership and direction for Quality Service / Q@S associates. Ensure the development and implementation of effective quality plans and process control plans for both internal and external processes. Provide support to Engineering in new-product development projects. Support the organizational needs and values required to achieve Best Experience (VOC, VOA, VOP).
