Salary

$15.00 - $17.00 an hour with opportunities for continued advancement.

Job Summary

* Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling

* Pre-Sales Assistance

* Assist with things like

* Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens

* Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders

 

* Post-Sales Assistance

* Assist with things like

* Status updates/order tracking

* Troubleshooting using available guides

* Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes

* Issue credits

 

Requirements

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma required

 

Skills/Training

*  Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)

*  Ability to build relationships with customers

*  Good analytical skills

*  Basic computer skills

*  Multitasking skills

*  Reliability

 

* Paid comprehensive training provided
